Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind Party Animals. If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll make it right under the terms below.

Single-Pack Orders
If you purchase a single pack and are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. One satisfaction refund per customer.

Multi-Pack Orders (3-Pack, 6-Pack) and Subscriptions
Our satisfaction guarantee is intended to let you try Party Animals risk-free with a single pack. Multi-pack and subscription orders are not eligible for a satisfaction refund. If you're new to Party Animals, we recommend starting with a single pack.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If any order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the affected items or issue a full refund for them, your choice, regardless of pack size.

How to Request a Refund
Email info@partyanimalhealth.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Exclusions
Refunds are not available for products purchased through third-party retailers, for orders outside the time windows above, or for shipping fees unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
